ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Summer Digital Marketing Intern will sit on Endeavor’s Marketing & Communications (MarComm) team, which is based in the New York City office and works closely with local MarComm teams across Endeavor’s network of 50+ countries. Endeavor believes that the future of innovation is being built beyond traditional tech hubs. In support of this vision, the Marketing team works across the organization to bring “Only at Endeavor” stories to life through newsletters, Elsewhere by Endeavor (our digital magazine), social media, and other owned channels. The intern will help amplify the stories of Endeavor Entrepreneurs and highlight their impact on local and global economies. This internship will focus on content distribution, social media, and community management, giving the intern hands-on experience learning how global content strategies are developed, distributed, and optimized for international audiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic Content Projects: Own a channel or content initiative from research through execution, for example building out a new platform strategy, developing a content calendar, or launching a campaign.

• Content Creation & Copywriting: Create and support content across channels, including writing social media captions, drafting newsletter copy, editing short-form video content, and developing visual assets such as thumbnails or highlights.

• Research & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct research on peer organizations and competitors to identify trends, best practices, and opportunities to enhance Endeavor's social media and content distribution strategies.

• Marketing Operations & Team Support: Provide general support to the MarComm team across campaigns, content calendars, and reporting, contributing to the smooth execution of global marketing initiatives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - WHO YOU ARE

• Student Status: Currently enrolled undergraduate student (no specific year requirement).

• Interests / Areas of Focus: Strong interest in communications, public relations, marketing, digital media, social media, or advertising.

• Skills / Tools: Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus; strong writing skills and comfort with digital platforms preferred.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

HIRING TIMELINE

• Applications close: October 7, 2026 at 11:59pm

• Interview process: Candidates will participate in two rounds of interviews and a take-home assessment. The first round will be a conversational interview with the hiring manager focused on background, interests, and fit for the role. Then, a take-home assessment will be assigned before the second round interview with a senior member of the MarComm team.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You'll be put side by side with our Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward.

You'll contribute to real work from day one, and by the end of the summer, you'll present it directly to our CEO. Along the way you’ll get access most internships can’t offer, including fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ. You’ll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world.

• Program Duration: June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027

• Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week

• Structure: This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s HQ office in Downtown Manhattan
