Graphic Design Intern, MarComm | Undergraduate or Graduate - Summer 2027
THE POSITION
Endeavor's social accounts are where most people meet our entrepreneurs for the first time. We post across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and this summer we're looking for a design intern to help us do it well.
You'll make the posts, carousels, and short videos. You'll work out of our New York office alongside the MarComm team, and much of what you design gets picked up by colleagues in other markets and republished in other languages. You'll be in our weekly content planning, and we'll want to hear what you think is working and what isn't.
Some of your time goes to Elsewhere Media, Endeavor's media arm. Elsewhere publishes stories about the companies being built outside the places people expect, and it runs in print as well as online. You'd help adapt features for social, build carousels out of longer pieces, and pitch in on the magazine as an issue comes together.
The work is fast and it publishes. If you're looking for an internship that gives you real portfolio pieces by August, including printed ones, this is one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility #1: Design social graphics across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok: single posts, carousels, stories, and covers
Responsibility #2: Edit and caption short vertical video from founder interviews, event footage, and panel recordings
Responsibility #3: Turn research findings and impact data into clear, readable graphics
Responsibility #4: Build promo assets for Endeavor events and campaign moments
Responsibility #5: Support Elsewhere, our media arm: social adaptations of editorial features, and production help on the print magazine
Responsibility #6: Adapt templates so teams in other markets can localize them
Responsibility #7: Bring ideas to weekly content planning and take the ones we pick from sketch to publish
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Your portfolio matters more to us than anything else on this list. Social work if you have it, your strongest work if you don't.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program, or self-taught with the work to back it up
Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Some experience editing video. After Effects, Premiere, and CapCut all count. We're not hiring an editor, but you should be comfortable cutting a vertical video that holds attention.
Strong instincts for type and layout, and the ability to explain your choices
A current, working sense of how these platforms actually look and behave
Openness to feedback and a habit of coming back with options
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail: knowing how to apply our visual identity with coherence and creativity.
A wide range of visual references: from fine art to pop culture, pulling from other industries to make things entrepreneurs want to share.
Entrepreneurial bias: you experiment, test, learn, and adapt. When something doesn't land, you change it and try again.
HIRING TIMELINE
Applications close: October 7, 2026 at 11:59pm
Interview process: Interview 1 with Hiring Manager, Assessment, Interview 2 with Design Team
Offer extension: November 16, 2026
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You'll be put side by side with our Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward.
You'll contribute to real work from day one, and by the end of the summer, you'll present it directly to our CEO. Along the way you’ll get access most internships can’t offer, including fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ. You’ll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world.
This is your front-row seat to how a global organization helps ambitious entrepreneurs build, scale, and shape what’s next.
Program Duration: June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027
Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week

About Endeavor
Endeavor is the leading network of entrepreneurs scaling exceptional businesses around the world. We operate in markets outside of Silicon Valley and China, where entrepreneurial talent is abundant but access to global support is not. Since 1997, we've been selecting, supporting, and investing in founders to help them scale faster and pay their success forward.
Today, we back 3,100+ fast-growing founders across 50+ countries, including the leaders behind 100+ Unicorn companies like Mercado Libre, Careem, Bending Spoons, and ElevenLabs. As they scale, they reinvest their success by training, mentoring, and investing in the next generation, helping build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems through the Multiplier Effect.
To sustain our model over the long term, we created Endeavor Catalyst, our global co-investment fund. With $850M+ in assets under management and 430+ investments, we invest in the companies of Endeavor Entrepreneurs, helping them access the capital and networks needed to scale and compete globally.
We believe talent is everywhere, innovation can come from anywhere, and the future of entrepreneurship is Elsewhere.
