Human Resources Internship | Graduate - Summer 2027
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Endeavor's People and Transformation team sits at the heart of how we grow, develop, and support our global organization. From our headquarters team of ~80 to nearly 500 colleagues across 45+ markets, we focus on building the capabilities that allow Endeavor to better serve high-impact entrepreneurs around the world.
We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-first graduate intern with a passion for HR to take ownership of high-visibility projects that strengthen how our People team operates day-to-day. This is not a shadowing role - you'll actively build, refine, and modernize the tools and processes our HR team and hiring managers rely on across the employee lifecycle.
In this role, you'll help revamp Endeavor's HR toolkits of best practices spanning hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, work hands-on with our HR recruitment platform (including exploring MCP integrations to help our team use it more effectively), and support a range of additional HR duties as they arise. By the end of the internship, you'll have delivered tangible, adoptable resources that make a real difference for how our global People team - and the colleagues they support - get things done.
This internship is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources or a related field, genuinely passionate about people operations, and excited to gain real responsibility and visibility inside a mission-driven organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibility #1: Assess Our Current People Practices
Evaluate how key HR processes work today, particularly hiring, onboarding and offboarding. Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities to make them more effective and scalable.Responsibility #2: Strengthen Our Hiring Approach
Help redesign priority parts of our hiring process - from manager guidance and interview practices to tools and workflows - bringing external best practices and a fresh perspective to how we attract and select talent.Responsibility #3: Build Scalable People Tools & Systems
Turn recommendations into action by improving the existing playbooks, tools, and systems into helpful resources to the team. Explore how technology, including our recruitment platform and AI/MCP integrations, can simplify workflows and improve hiring managers and managers experience
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who brings meaningful HR experience, ideally from a high-growth environment, and knows what it takes to build people practices that scale.
Graduate student with significant prior HR/People experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth organization.
Experience building and scaling HR processes, playbooks, systems, or tools - not just operating them. Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
Comfort with HR technology and AI-enabled workflows; experience with HR/recruiting platforms is a plus.
Strong judgment and communication skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, practical solutions.
Highly organized and comfortable working independently across teams, seniority levels, and cultures.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

About Endeavor
Endeavor is the leading network of entrepreneurs scaling exceptional businesses around the world. We operate in markets outside of Silicon Valley and China, where entrepreneurial talent is abundant but access to global support is not. Since 1997, we've been selecting, supporting, and investing in founders to help them scale faster and pay their success forward.
Today, we back 3,100+ fast-growing founders across 50+ countries, including the leaders behind 100+ Unicorn companies like Mercado Libre, Careem, Bending Spoons, and ElevenLabs. As they scale, they reinvest their success by training, mentoring, and investing in the next generation, helping build thriving entrepreneurial ecosystems through the Multiplier Effect.
To sustain our model over the long term, we created Endeavor Catalyst, our global co-investment fund. With $850M+ in assets under management and 430+ investments, we invest in the companies of Endeavor Entrepreneurs, helping them access the capital and networks needed to scale and compete globally.
We believe talent is everywhere, innovation can come from anywhere, and the future of entrepreneurship is Elsewhere.
