ABOUT THE ROLE:

Endeavor's Singapore Global Hub is our first Asia Pacific Global Hub, connecting Singapore and regional founders to Endeavor's global network of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and partners. The Hub operates across multiple functions, including Entrepreneur Experience, Entrepreneur Selection, Community & Events, Endeavor Catalyst, and founder programmes such as Dare to Scale, Unicorn Builder, Endeavor Next, and Access to Market.

We’re looking for a curious, entrepreneurial, and hands-on intern to take ownership of a high-impact project exploring how AI can make the Singapore Global Hub more efficient, effective, and scalable.

This is not a traditional support or shadowing role. You will work across different functions of the Hub to identify real operational challenges, determine where AI can create meaningful value, and build and test practical solutions that our team can continue using after your internship.

You may work on workflows ranging from founder and investor research, Entrepreneur Experience, selection, community and events, programme delivery, and internal knowledge management. Rather than simply recommending ideas, you will be expected to prototype and implement solutions, working closely with team members to test, refine, and improve them.

By the end of the internship, you will have delivered tangible AI-enabled workflows, tools, or systems that improve how the Singapore Global Hub operates and can continue creating value after you leave.

This internship is ideal for someone excited by AI, entrepreneurship, technology, operations, and problem-solving, and who enjoys turning ambiguous problems into practical solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility #1: Map How the Singapore Hub Works and Identify AI Opportunities

  • Work across functions including Entrepreneur Experience, Entrepreneur Selection, Community & Events, Endeavor Catalyst, and programmes such as Dare to Scale to understand key workflows and identify repetitive, time-intensive, or fragmented processes.

  • Speak with team members to understand pain points and identify opportunities where AI or automation could improve efficiency, quality, or speed.

  • Develop a prioritised list of potential AI use cases based on impact and feasibility.

  Responsibility #2: Build and Test AI-Enabled Workflows

  • Select high-value opportunities and develop practical AI-enabled solutions using available AI and automation tools.

  • Prototype, test, and iterate workflows with the relevant team members rather than developing solutions in isolation.

  • Potential areas may include founder research, investor and market intelligence, event and community workflows, programme operations, communications, knowledge management, or Entrepreneur Experience.

  Responsibility #3: Turn Experiments into Usable Tools

  • Move successful experiments from prototype to practical use within the team.

  • Develop reusable prompts, workflows, templates, automations, or other tools that can be incorporated into day-to-day Hub operations.

  • Work with stakeholders to ensure solutions are intuitive, useful, and appropriate for real-world adoption.

  Responsibility #4: Build for Long-Term Use

  • Document the solutions you develop and create simple playbooks or guides so the team can continue using and improving them after the internship.

  • Establish basic measures of impact, such as time saved, processes streamlined, research coverage, or improvements in output quality.

  • Present your work and recommendations to relevant members of the Singapore Global Hub team at the end of the internship.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - WHO YOU ARE

• Student Status: Undergraduate Junior or Senior or Graduate Student

• Interests / Areas of Focus:

  • Preferred background in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Operations, or a related field; candidates from other disciplines with relevant skills and interest are encouraged to apply.

  • Strong interest in AI and its practical application to business and organisational workflows.

  • Curious about how organisations work and naturally inclined to ask, "How could we do this better?"

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable steps.

  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and learning new technologies quickly.

  • Ability to translate an idea into a practical prototype, workflow, or solution.

  • Strong research, written, and communication skills.

  • Comfortable speaking with stakeholders across different functions and gathering feedback.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward experimentation and execution.

  • Self-directed and able to take ownership of a project while knowing when to seek guidance.

  • Interest in entrepreneurship, venture capital, startups, or the broader innovation ecosystem is a plus.

  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, data analysis, no-code/low-code tools, or software development is a plus, but strong technical skills are not required.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multilingual, global, and cross-cultural environment.

• Must be legally eligible to work either in Singapore or in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid Singapore or U.S. work authorization for the 2027 year.

INTERNSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Endeavor Summer Internship Program gives students 10 weeks to do more than just watch from the sidelines. You'll be put side by side with our Headquarters teams in NYC, San Francisco, London, Dubai, or Singapore, owning meaningful projects that move Endeavor forward.

You'll contribute to real work from day one, and by the end of the summer, you'll present it directly to our CEO. Along the way you’ll get access most internships can’t offer, including fireside chats with our CEO, candid conversations with category-defining Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and face time with executives across our global HQ. You’ll leave with new skills, relationships across 50+ countries, and a much deeper understanding of how entrepreneurship works around the world.

This is your front-row seat to how a global organization helps ambitious entrepreneurs build, scale, and shape what’s next.

• Program Duration: June 7th, 2027 to August 13th 2027

• Pay: $17 USD/hr, up to 40 hours/week

• Structure: This is a hybrid internship in Singapore, with three days per week at the Singapore office
