About the Program
June 1 – August 7, 2026
The Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program invites students to spend 10 weeks contributing to the work of the world’s leading network of High-Impact Entrepreneurs. Across 50+ markets, Endeavor supports more than 2,900 founders who are building companies that transform economies and drive long-term growth.
Interns join a global organization united by a single mission: helping entrepreneurs scale their impact. Throughout the summer, interns take on meaningful work within their assigned teams and gain exposure to how Endeavor supports founders through selection, growth, capital, and global connection.

The Endeavor Approach
This program is designed to be hands-on and immersive. Interns operate as contributors within their teams, supporting real projects that advance Endeavor’s work and priorities. Instead of simple busy work, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that will push the needle forward.
While responsibilities vary by role and team, interns can expect to:
- Work closely with team members on active projects and initiatives.
- Gain insight into how Endeavor supports entrepreneurs and ecosystems worldwide.
- Build skills through applied, project-based work.
- Learn how a mission-driven, global organization operates day to day

Responsible for delivering Global programs and experiences to Endeavor Entrepreneurs worldwide.

Responsible for supporting Endeavor Entrepreneurs at each stage of their capital and funding journey, including programs such as Path to Liquidity.

Builds and manages global partnerships that expand Endeavor’s reach and impact.

Catalyst
Oversees our global investment fund, specifically designed to serve Endeavor and our entrepreneurs who qualify.

Entrepreneur Selection
Runs Endeavor’s rigorous entrepreneur selection process, identifying and supporting founders with the potential for outsized impact.

Research (Insights)
Provides data-driven analysis and visualizations that reveal what makes entrepreneurial ecosystems succeed.

Global Hubs
Support as geo-economic centers to enhance capabilities of our offices, accelerate EE access to capital markets, and provide a second home for Diaspora founders.

Marketing & Communications
Stewards the Endeavor brand and tells the stories of entrepreneurs shaping economies around the world.
Learning and Development
In addition to team-based work, interns participate in a series of structured learning sessions throughout the summer. These sessions are designed to broaden understanding, build practical skills, and offer insight into Endeavor’s global impact.
Programming includes:
- Deep dives into Endeavor teams such as Selection, EX Growth, Partnerships, People, MarComm, Insights, Platform, and more
- Public speaking workshops and résumé-building sessions
- Fireside chats with Endeavor’s CEO and members of the global leadership team
- Opportunities to connect with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and learn directly from their journeys

The Global Summer Internship Program runs from June 1 to August 7, 2026.

The program is 10 weeks.

Internships are open to currently enrolled students with U.S. Work Authorization for the 2026 year. Specific student year and additional eligibility requirements are listed in each individual job description.

Unfortunately we are unable to hire or interview interns that do not have valid U.S. Work Authorization for the 2026 year.
If you are located outside of the United States, we encourage to explore open roles within our Local Offices.

All interns are compensated at New York State Minimum Wage ($17/hour).

Interns can work a maximum of 40 hours per week. Hours must be tracked and interns cannot exceed the 40 hour limit.

Interns are expected to work from our New York Office located in the Financial District in Manhattan. Endeavor follows a hybrid structure with a minimum of 3 days in office per week.
*A small number of roles tied to Endeavor’s Global Hubs may be based in other locations, such as Dubai or Singapore. For Hub-based roles, location expectations will be determined by the hiring manager and shared clearly during the interview process.

Internship opportunities are available across teams including People & Transformation, Platform, Finance, EX Growth, Capital, Partnerships, Catalyst, Selection, Insight, Global Hubs, and MarComm.

Interns take on meaningful, project-based work that supports their team’s priorities and Endeavor’s broader mission. Responsibilities vary by role and are detailed in each job description.

In addition to team-based work, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including team deep dives, professional development workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders, and opportunities to connect with Endeavor's vast network of global colleagues.
