Your Role: Associate - Fintech Portfolio & Innovation Programs
You will lead two major fintech innovation programs while managing Endeavor’s fintech portfolio of scale-up entrepreneurs. You’ll be the face of Endeavor’s fintech efforts, shaping programming, managing relationships, and amplifying our impact in this critical sector.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the programs - from scouting and selection through to workshops, mentoring, and showcase events.
- Ensure a world-class experience for the founders while delivering on partner objectives.
- Curate and moderate sessions, panels, and events that bring the fintech ecosystem together.
2. Fintech Portfolio Management
- Support Endeavor’s fintech entrepreneurs through tailored connections to investors, mentors, and peers.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively design group activities (roundtables, workshops, thematic initiatives).
3. Corporate & Ecosystem Partnerships
- Act as the main point of contact for key partners, ensuring alignment and impact.
- Recruit new mentors, investors, and industry leaders to strengthen Endeavor’s fintech network.
- Represent Endeavor in the Greek and international fintech ecosystem.
4. Entrepreneur Selection & Advocacy
- Build and manage a pipeline of high-growth fintech companies for Endeavor’s selection process.
- Conduct research and prepare in-depth company profiles for evaluation and advocacy.
5. Community Building
- Design and host events that convene fintech entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates.
- Contribute to Endeavor’s visibility through ecosystem thought leadership and storytelling.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in program management, consulting, venture capital, or community management.
- Deep interest in fintech, digital banking, and financial services innovation.
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Greek.
- Track record of owning high-stakes projects from conception through execution
- Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Compelling communicator who is comfortable and will thrive in front of a room of senior industry leaders, VCs, and founders.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Bonus: familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture financing, or corporate innovation.
