About the role

At Endeavor, we back the founders who will define the next decade of Ukraine's economy – not incrementally, and not from the sidelines.

This is the role at the center of that work. You'll own a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.

You'll know their businesses cold – the model, the growth levers, the bottlenecks – and you'll bring the full weight of a 3,000-entrepreneur, 50-market network to bear on their hardest problems, whether that's a Series C raise, a US market entry or a pricing overhaul.

Success here isn't measured in activity. It's measured in the trust founders place in you and the outcomes you help them reach. We're looking for someone with real business firepower – the kind of person who has spent years in top-tier consulting, VC, PE, or a senior operating seat, and who can be a genuine thought partner to a unicorn founder rather than a note-taker.

What you'll do

Entrepreneur Portfolio Management & Advisory (50%)

The heart of the job:

• Own relationships with a portfolio of founders as their primary point of contact, account manager, and strategic advisor

• Build deep, trust-based relationships and develop a founder's-eye understanding of each business – model, growth levers, priorities, and challenges

• Run regular check-ins, spot critical moments and growth bottlenecks before they become fires, and design tailored interventions across internationalization, fundraising, go-to-market, org design, pricing, and talent

• Own the full connection journey – from problem identification to expert and mentor matching to follow-through – ensuring real outcomes, not just introductions

• Activate Endeavor's global network (50 markets, 3,100+ entrepreneurs, 4,000+ mentors) to put the right person in front of your founder at the right moment

• Track the metrics that matter – growth, fundraising, talent, engagement – and turn them into actionable insight

• Measure entrepreneur satisfaction and continuously improve how we deliver value

Ecosystem & Network Development (20%)

• Build and deepen relationships with investors, corporates, accelerators, government bodies, and international partners

• Identify and recruit high-caliber mentors and board members for our entrepreneurs

• Manage the Investor and Mentor Network platforms, facilitating meaningful, ongoing connections

• Design and run high-impact moments: Founder Circles, fireside chats, masterclasses, roundtables, and 1-on-1 mentor sessions

• Represent Endeavor at major conferences and ecosystem events, in Ukraine and abroad

Selection Support (20%)

• Identify and evaluate high-potential companies for Endeavor selection

• Conduct due diligence – business model analysis, market assessment, founder evaluation

• Prepare candidates and candidate profiles for Endeavor Local and International Selection Panels (LSP & ISP)

Strategy & Special Projects (10%)

• Contribute to Endeavor Ukraine's strategic planning, OKR-setting, and annual roadmap

• Collaborate with Endeavor Global on cross-border initiatives, best-practice sharing, and global programs

• Support fundraising and partnership development with compelling materials and data

• Lead or support strategic special projects, education initiatives, and more

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• Business acumen. You read a company fast – model, unit economics, growth levers – and give structured, actionable advice a sophisticated founder respects

• Reasoning ability. You think from first principles, break complex problems into their parts, resist easy answers, and catch the details that matter

• Track record of trust. You've built and held real relationships with founders and C-level leaders, and people turn to you when the stakes are high

• Ownership. Entrepreneurial mindset – high autonomy, comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and genuine urgency to support founders

• Service first. You ask “how can I help?” before “what's in it for me?”

• Communication. Outstanding written and spoken Ukrainian and English (C1+)

• Experience. 5-8+ years in management consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or strong tier-2), VC, PE, investment banking, or a senior strategy/operating role at a high-growth tech company

• Passion for entrepreneurship and Ukraine's success

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience inside a leading tech company or a VC fund

• International work experience or exposure to global business environments

• Ecosystem-building, accelerator, or impact-oriented experience

• A top-tier MBA or relevant graduate degree (nice, not essential)

• Salesforce, CRM, or portfolio management tools

• Conversational or working Spanish

How we hire
