About the role

At Endeavor, we back the founders who will define the next decade of Ukraine's economy – not incrementally, and not from the sidelines.

This is the role at the center of that work. You'll own a portfolio of Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their trusted advisor and strategic partner.

You'll know their businesses cold – the model, the growth levers, the bottlenecks – and you'll bring the full weight of a 3,000-entrepreneur, 50-market network to bear on their hardest problems, whether that's a Series C raise, a US market entry or a pricing overhaul.

Success here isn't measured in activity. It's measured in the trust founders place in you and the outcomes you help them reach. We're looking for someone with real business firepower – the kind of person who has spent years in top-tier consulting, VC, PE, or a senior operating seat, and who can be a genuine thought partner to a unicorn founder rather than a note-taker.

What you'll do

Company selection and evaluation (40%):

• Identify and assess high-potential Ukrainian technology companies for Endeavor's selection pipeline

• Analyze business models, markets, competitive positioning, and growth potential

• Conduct company research and support due diligence during the selection process

• Prepare company profiles and briefing materials for Local and International Selection Panels

• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospective Endeavor Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneur success and relationship management (40%)

• Build trusted relationships with Endeavor Entrepreneurs and support them throughout their journey

• Proactively identify opportunities where Endeavor can create value

• Coordinate introductions to mentors, investors, founders, and ecosystem partners across Endeavor's global network

• Support founders in addressing strategic challenges related to fundraising, market expansion, partnerships, talent, and business growth

• Track entrepreneur engagement and help ensure an outstanding founder experience

Ecosystem development and special projects (20%):

• Build relationships across Ukraine's entrepreneurial ecosystem with founders, investors, mentors, and partners

• Contribute to research, ecosystem reports, fundraising initiatives, and special projects

• Support community events, founder gatherings, and ecosystem initiatives

• Collaborate with Endeavor teams across the global network

• Represent Endeavor at ecosystem events when appropriate

Must-Have

• Experience. 3-5+ years in consulting, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy, entrepreneurial ecosystems, or scale-up environments

• Business acumen. Strong judgment and the ability to quickly understand different business models, industries, and growth challenges

• Reasoning ability. Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Track record. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with founders, executives, investors, or senior stakeholders

• Ownership. High level of ownership, curiosity, and initiative

• Execution. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Communication. Outstanding written and verbal skills in Ukrainian and English

• Adaptability. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Passion for entrepreneurship and Ukraine's technology ecosystem

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working directly with founders and/or high-growth companies

• Understanding of venture capital and fundraising processes

• Existing network within Ukraine's entrepreneurial ecosystem

• Experience organizing ecosystem initiatives, events, or partnership programs

Being based in Kyiv matters for this role – it's where the relationships, the team, and the moments that count actually happen.

We're flexible on working hours and don't expect daily office presence, but this one is a firm requirement: we can only consider candidates already based in Kyiv or planning to relocate here.
