Your Role: Entrepreneur Experience Selection & Scale Up Program Manager

As an Entrepreneur Experience Selection & Scale Up Program Manager, you’ll work alongside our team to identify and bring into the network founders who are solving some of the world’s hardest problems with cutting-edge science and technology. You’ll play a critical role in research, company analysis, event execution, and portfolio growth, while managing an early stage entrepreneur support program.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Research: Scout emerging companies across all verticals and conduct research on diverse sectors from AI, biotech, robotics, and space, to fintech, healthtech and commerce.
  

• Portfolio Growth: Help bring the most promising entrepreneurs into the Endeavor network, across our two core communities: Endeavor Entrepreneur and Scale Up

• Entrepreneur Selection: Prepare company profiles and materials that support the evaluation and advocacy of founders in to Endeavor.

• Program Management: Lead the biggest international program for early stage companies out of Greece
  

• Ecosystem Engagement: Assist in building relationships with partners, investors, and experts who can strengthen Endeavor’s pipeline and network.
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience (program management, startups, VC, community building, or related fields).
  

• Strong interest in tech and in supporting founders tackling big, complex problems.
  
  

• Excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics clearly.
  
  

• Strong communication in English and Greek.
  
  

• Problem solver , Self-starter, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Comfortable working across multiple projects and collaborating with a diverse team.
