The Position: A Senior Associate at Endeavor Lebanon plays a key role in identifying and supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, managing their journey through the global selection process, and helping them scale through strategic support and network connections. The role also involves leading programs, curating ecosystem events, and representing Endeavor locally and internationally. It’s a dynamic position for a driven professional passionate about entrepreneurship and ecosystem growth.

What You'll Do:

I. Entrepreneurs Selection

• Build and manage a pipeline of high-growth companies to ensure the selection of the highest caliber companies into the Endeavor network.
• Craft curated outreach and engagement strategies to pitch Endeavor to relevant candidate companies. Actively lead meetings and calls with candidate companies.
• Independently complete detailed and high-quality reports and financial assessments for candidate companies.
• Manage the Candidate’s journey through the Selection process.

II. Portfolio Management

• Manage recurring touch points to ensure entrepreneurs’ needs are being met and they are aware of Endeavor’s latest offerings (events, programs, mentorship opportunities, etc.).
• Proactively diagnose entrepreneur needs and look to add value in every interaction.
• Network independently and extensively across Endeavor’s global network to increase awareness of resources, offerings, and lessons learned and enhance knowledge-sharing.
• Proactively think of ways to help entrepreneurs access capital, markets, mentorship, and leadership development. This can be done by using Endeavor’s regional and global network as well as thinking outside the box and tapping into your own network.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively design opportunities for collective value (roundtables, workshops, thematic initiatives).

III. Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the programs: from scouting and selection to workshops, mentoring, and showcase events.
• Ensure a world-class experience for the founders while delivering on partner objectives.
• Curate and moderate sessions, panels, and events that bring the ecosystem together.

IV. Other

• Actively participate in relevant strategic initiatives to improve team operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., onboarding processes, or new service offering concepts).
• Represent the Lebanon office at regional and global levels.
• Assist in the management of all in-person and virtual events as needed.
• Be proactive in CRM management and data clean-up.
• Share and implement best practices across the network.
• Manage day-to-day office responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant work experience in business, consulting, entrepreneurship, venture capital, or finance.
• Strong interest and passion for entrepreneurship.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfortable working with a variety of people at all levels.
• Strong business acumen: ability to evaluate business models, financial statements, and go to market strategies.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive; thrives in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

• Familiarity with startup ecosystems, venture financing, or corporate innovation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Notion.
