The ideal candidate will be a values-driven individual, with knowledge about the Romanian, regional and global entrepreneurial ecosystem, ideally formed in acceleration programs, funds, or in advisory / consulting roles, analytical skills and passionate about supporting people and business growth.

Endeavor Romania (a non-profit org) is operating since 2021. As the local chapter of Endeavor, a global organization of, by and for high-impact entrepreneurs with offices in over 40 markets around the world, Endeavor Romania searches, selects and supports ambitious entrepreneurs (branded Endeavor Entrepreneurs), by giving them access to mentors, global markets and capital, through an unrivalled global community of accomplished entrepreneurs, senior professionals and investment funds. Since its inception, in 1997, Endeavor has selected 1,500+ scale-up companies, offering them a personal and professional network based on common values and trust. Responsibilities

● Knowing Endeavor network and resources inside-out

● Screening the market & researching different sources to identify the most promising early-stage, high-impact businesses and build a pipeline

● Support candidate entrepreneurs during the Endeavor selection journey, through mentor research and outreach, meeting coordination, and detailed notetaking and follow-up

● Oversee the upkeep of operational data on the candidate pipeline and selected entrepreneurs

● Write candidate profiles based on research and detailed discussions with entrepreneurs

● Anticipate and assess the needs of Endeavor Entrepreneurs

● Help selected Endeavor Entrepreneurs grow faster and more effectively by proactively managing their required support through Endeavor’s services across Access to Capital, Mentors, Markets

● Being the point of Communication (Network & Participants Outreach, Feedback Forms, Emails)

● Managing Calendar (Scheduling, Notetaking, and Follow-Up)

● Managing Mentoring sessions (Speakers, Notetaking, Post-Session Management)

● Analyzing key metrics and preparing reports and presentations

Qualifications

● BA or MBA graduate (candidates with a degree from a reputable European or international institution are preferred, but this is not mandatory). Studying abroad is considered a plus.

● 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or similarly fast paced and analytical environments

● A self-starter mindset with the ability to initiate projects and push goals forward autonomously

● Strong process and organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time, while keeping attention to detail

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Ability to read and interpret financial statements, industry reports and understand technology trends.

● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian

● Team player attitude
