For this role, we are seeking a rising university senior academic level (graduating Fall 2027 or Spring 2028). If you are a current senior interested in full-time positions starting Summer 2026, the job posting for our full-time Analyst program can be found here.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Endeavor’s mission of building entrepreneurial ecosystems begins with identifying and selecting the fastest-growing, most aspirational founders and businesses. The Entrepreneur Selection team oversees Endeavor’s worldwide pipeline strategy and evaluates candidate entrepreneurs at the final stages of the selection journey. As a Summer Analyst on this team, you will support your direct manager on analyzing a variety of scale-up companies progressing through the candidate pipeline, and prepare an in-depth written profile on at least one candidate that has reached the final step in Endeavor’s selection process. You will also work with your manager on strategic and operational projects, while building an understanding of Endeavor’s markets.
With your manager, you will work primarily with one founder and CEO of a high-growth scale-up, as well as with colleagues from around the world, to understand and diligence a company in Endeavor’s selection process. Endeavor is sector agnostic and companies in our selection funnel come from a wide range of industries sectors including - but certainly not limited to - fintech, AI, commerce, B2B software, healthcare, and frontier tech (e.g., space, biotech, quantum).
In addition to supporting your manager in the development of candidate company analysis, you will also be responsible for collaborating in the execution of the monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs) that will take place over the course of your internship. During ISPs, we gather select business leaders from Endeavor’s worldwide network - top founders, investors, and operators alike - to evaluate entrepreneur candidates on their fit with Endeavor's selection criteria.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities will be defined directly with your manager - they will include:

As a Summer Analyst, you will have the opportunity to take the lead on one business profile with hands-on support from your manager. Profile building entails business model and industry research, meeting with founders to delve into their company while taking diligent notes, and more.
Supporting ongoing strategic projects: Work with your direct manager on other strategic initiatives spanning team operations, global pipeline, worldwide selection excellence, etc.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders: Plug into the day-to-day operations of the Entrepreneur Selection team and support with daily tasks to execute monthly ISPs. Additionally, you will build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams while diligencing candidate businesses.
