About This Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic professional with 3-5 years of relevant working experience to join Endeavor Indonesia’s Entrepreneur Experience (EX) team and accelerate their career while supporting the country's most ambitious entrepreneurs. You'll work closely with the core team on all aspects of our work – from identifying promising companies to supporting portfolio entrepreneurs and building the broader ecosystem.

- Role: Senior Associate, Entrepreneur Experience

- Reports to: Director of Entrepreneur Experience

- Works with: Endeavor Entrepreneurs, Endeavor Mentors, Network Members, Endeavor Global Team, and 500+ Endeavor global staffs around the world from 45 different markets.

What You'll Do

Entrepreneur Selection: Be active in the startup ecosystem, search and identify founders with the greatest growth potential, convince founders to join Endeavor selection process and assist them through it. Build company overviews and business profiles to be used at local and international selection panels, including business model, market sizing, competitive landscape, growth strategy, financial projections, etc.

Portfolio Management and Entrepreneur Support: Deliver Endeavor’s core service offerings to entrepreneurs within the portfolio based on their priorities and challenges. Services include true peer-to-peer network, mentorship & expertise, access to capital, personal growth opportunities, and pay it forward platform. Create values, facilitate connections, curate resources and get creative in supporting the entrepreneurs.

Network Management & Ad-hoc Support: Manage relationships and experience of Endeavor members, including mentors, investors, partners, etc. Support projects and events hosted by Endeavor Indonesia (i.e. Scale Up accelerator program, workshops/learning events, networking events, etc.)

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of professional experience in account management, startup environment, or startup ecosystem initiatives

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent research abilities and attention to details

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proactive, self-starter attitude, with a strong ownership mindset

• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and startups

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite/Google Workspace, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
