Job Title: Senior Associate, Entrepreneur Experience

Reports to: Head of Entrepreneur Experience Philippines

How do we accelerate the Philippines as a hub for innovation, a home for best-in-class tech companies, and a destination for top talent? For thirty years, Endeavor has identified and supported “High-Impact Entrepreneurs” — the entrepreneurs who scale their companies to huge success, and then reinvest their expertise, time, and capital to help the next generation of entrepreneurs.

We are seeking a senior hire with 5+ years of experience who is passionate about working with top entrepreneurs, and believes in Endeavor’s mission to support high-impact entrepreneurs to catalyze growth in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

Pipeline & Research

• Scout and engage high-potential entrepreneurs building companies in and outside of the Philippines through ecosystem and VC landscape research

• Research and analyze leadership teams, business models, financials, competitive benchmarking, and market potential of candidate companies

• Prepare investment-style company profiles, briefs, and selection materials

Selection Support

• Support and track candidates throughout the selection journey

• Identify and engage relevant mentors from Endeavor's global network

• Maintain accurate CRM records and systematize portfolio data to monitor growth, engagement, and strategic needs

• Identify opportunities for mentorship, strategic support, and exposure to Endeavor's global network 

• Collaborate closely with Endeavor Global and local teams worldwide

Servicing and Community Engagement

• Collaborate with entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their challenges. 

• Establishing strong relationships with Endeavor mentors, investors, corporates, and other potential partners that might be able to help entrepreneurs

• Measure entrepreneur NPS and engagement 

• Attend networking events for lead generation and community building

Program Management

• Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of programs that may arise. Ensure strategic alignment and efficient use of resources across projects.

Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, startup operations, or equivalent

• A mission-driven individual who is passionate about the entrepreneurial landscape in the Philippines

• Ability to wear many hats

• Able to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision 

• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills in English

• Strong analytical skills and tools such as Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong understanding of basic finance and accounting concepts

• Strong networking and relationship building skills

• Experience abroad or dealing with individuals from different countries and timezones is a plus

• Willingness to travel
