🌟Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Social Media

• Shoot and produce photo and video content that captures Greek innovation, Endeavor Greece, and our founders in Greece and in many events that we do abroad

• In bigger projects be the creative director and lead the partners who will be executing the concept

• Lead visually compelling campaigns from idea to execution

• Track trends and platform shifts to keep our visual presence sharp and current

• Build and continuously refine our presence across all channels with focus on Youtube, Instagram, Linkedin and possibly tiktok

• Build automations for reporting
  

Digital Ads & Email Marketing overseeing

• Oversee and be responsible for the outcome of our agency collaboration on digital ads campaigns and newsletter production

• Build automations for reporting
  

Website Management

• Take charge of maintaining and updating Endeavor Greece's website, ensuring it reflects the dynamic spirit of our organization in collaboration with our copywriter

• Lead the visual redesign of the website with our digital agencies
  

Stakeholder Management

• Communicate with our Innovation Partnerships, running their content strategy and the partnership from a marketing perspective.

• Implement stakeholder mapping strategies, connecting the dots and finding new opportunities that make our network thrive.

Soft skills

• Thirsty for new experiences and to travel and see the world

• Highly motivated, creative, and organized

• Strong over and above and ownership mentality

• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team and bring great energy in the room

• Love for storytelling

• A strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced and agile environment. This could also be your own project/influencer content

• Connecting personality, who gains energy and excitement from interacting with entrepreneurs, executives, and mentors and providing value for all engaged stakeholders
  

Hard skills

• Photo and video, editing savvy

• Excellent skills with social media platforms and ad manager

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and in English

• Ability to efficiently use Stripo and Mailchimp

• Strong copywriting skills - mostly short form for social media

• Web and social media savvy - familiarity with contentful and alike tools is a plus
