About the Role:
Endeavor is launching its newest Global Hub in Singapore this coming July 2026. The team currently comprises the Managing Director of the hub and Head of Asia for Endeavor Catalyst. Several others roles will be hired this year including the Manager, Marketing & Events.
This role will support Endeavor's brand-building efforts in Singapore and build a strong community through online and offline activities.
Be part of the founding team responsible for establishing and growing our presence in this country and developing partnerships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the hub director and the team on defining the marketing strategy and program implementation for the Global Hub in Singapore for 2026 and beyond based on Endeavor's Vision 2035.
Support on all the Endeavor Hub Events and Activities from coordination on logistics and program to coordinating the partnership and marketing efforts on the Ground.
Coordinate with the local partners on all communication and marketing materials by also respecting our Global Marketing Guidelines.
Support the Global Marketing Team on reporting and coordination.
Coordinate event materials, assist with event preparation, and research creative elements for each of the Events.
Vendor research and assist with relationship management.
Manage and maintain partners database.
Assist with revenue tracking and outreach efforts.
Coordinate the event registration process and maintain accurate attendee lists using our event ticketing platform, WordPress, Google Sheets and Zapier integrations.
Provide administrative support to the events team, including data entry, updating new information, research, and project management.
Ensure event prep by ensuring all event-related materials are produced and available on time and resolving any last-minute challenges.
Launch Singapore-specific website and social media presence.
Manage all design and delivery of marketing material.
Coordinate post-event tasks such as thank-you notes, feedback surveys, and event reports.
Research and compile a list of potential invitees for all events happening in the region.
Actively participate in relevant strategic initiatives to improve team operational efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., onboarding processes, new service offering concepts, onboarding mentors and partners).
Who you are:
Preferably minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Project Management Guru: You must be a capable project manager who can think through timelines, dependencies and budgets for programs.
Collaborator: You will work with, and rely on, numerous internal stakeholders. We expect you to have close relationships with the Global Marketing, Programs, and Operations team.
Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive on making order out of chaos. You can identify priorities proactively without being frazzled with last minute changes.
Deep local market understanding: You will primarily be building our brand presence in Singapore. You must be able to know where and how to reach our target markets and deliver content and activities that resonate with them . Knowing suitable vendors and venues are also important in the delivery of our activities.

Compensation: Competitive
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

A short assessment: we will ask all candidates to create a 3-slide presentation detailing their suggested marketing plan for Singapore. We ask that all candidates also record a 10-minute presentation where you discuss the slides in depth.
