We are seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who combines a strong passion for event execution and logistics with a genuine interest in supporting entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Outreach: Initiate and maintain smooth communication with community partners to foster collaborations.
Logistics & Vendor Management: Source venues, coordinate F&B, list potential vendors, and handle price inquiries and negotiations.
D-Day Operations: Assist on-site during events, including technical operations, banner setup, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless execution.
Administrative Support: Coordinate schedules and handle calendar invites for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Final year student or fresh graduate.
Highly organized, great attention to detail (you are the type who lives for a good checklist).
Strong communication and negotiation skills for handling vendors and partners.
Adaptable and cool under pressure during fast-paced live events.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
