Global Market Expansion Intern, EX Growth (Undergraduate, Summer 2026)
THE POSITION
The Entrepreneur Experience (EX) Growth team at Endeavor is focused on building scalable tools and programs to upskill and develop the leadership capabilities of Endeavor’s global network of 2,700+ entrepreneurs and 500+ team members across 50+ markets. As part of this mission, the EX Growth team is seeking an Access to Market (A2M) undergraduate intern for the summer of 2026 to support Endeavor Entrepreneurs (EEs) as they explore and expand into new priority markets and global hubs.
The Global Market Expansion Intern will help implement new processes that support the Endeavor Entrepreneur journey as they explore and expand into new markets. This role is designed for an undergraduate student and is highly execution-oriented, sitting at the intersection of systems-building, market research, mentor ecosystem development, and program design.
The intern will work closely with the A2M Lead to build and maintain the infrastructure that allows A2M programming and processes to scale globally. This role is ideal for someone interested in global expansion, market entry strategy, entrepreneurship ecosystems, and operational excellence in a mission-driven organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Access to Market Operations & Systems (25%)
Support the operational rollout of the A2M intake and tracking process for founders exploring and expanding into new markets.
Support the launch and ongoing management of A2M information sessions, including scheduling and follow-up.
Mentor & Ecosystem Mapping (25%)
Recruit, research, and catalog mentors with Access to Market expertise, with a primary focus on New York City and San Francisco.
Maintain a structured database of mentors by geography, sector, and A2M expertise.
Support coordination with Local Offices and Global Hubs to validate mentor relevance and utilization.
Market & Ecosystem Research (25%)
Conduct research and synthesize findings on Access to Market dynamics in San Francisco and New York, including:
Key sectors and growth trends
Founder entry barriers and opportunities
Relevant ecosystem players (investors, corporates, accelerators, service providers)
Program & Content Enablement (25%)
Support the development of content for global peer-to-peer learning sessions, including session outlines and speaker prep materials.
Contribute to research and topic development for a full-scale Access to Market program launching in 2027.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Student Status: Currently enrolled undergraduate student (rising junior or senior preferred).
Areas of Interest: Entrepreneurship, global markets, business strategy, international development, operations, or related fields.
Core Skills:
Strong research and synthesis skills; able to turn complex inputs into clear, structured outputs.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; comfortable managing trackers, databases, and systems.
Clear written communication skills.
Comfortable working across teams and time zones in a global organization.
Tools: Google Workspace, Notion, Salesforce. Familiarity with dashboards or basic data organization tools is a plus.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program invites students to spend 10 weeks working closely with teams within our Headquarters – Partnerships, Marketing, People, Insights, EX Growth, Entrepreneur Selection, Finance, Catalyst, Capital, and Global Hubs.
Our Internship Program prioritizes a hands-on and immersive experience for our interns. Interns work as contributors within their teams and take on meaningful projects that have a real-time impact on the work that we do. In addition to project-based experience, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including deep dives into Endeavor’s teams, public speaking and résumé workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders including our CEO, and opportunities to join networking events in our New York office.

Program Duration: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7, 2026
Pay: $17/hr, with a maximum of 40 hours/week
Structure: This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7, 2026.
Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
