Finance Operations Intern, Finance (Summer 2026)
THE POSITION
Endeavor Global is seeking a detailed-oriented and enthusiastic team Finance Operations Intern to support the Finance team in analyzing, documenting, and improving financial processes, with a focus on leveraging AI and automation tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The Finance team supports Endeavor’s mission by managing the headquarter’s finance operations, budgeting, and accounting practices.
This role will participate in process improvement initiatives across key finance operations such as expense management, budgeting, planning, and reconciliations. The intern will also assist with documenting workflows, supporting system implementations or enhancements, and contributing to ad-hoc projects as needed. This position offers hands-on exposure to finance operations, process optimization, and emerging technologies within a collaborative team environment.
HIRING TIMELINE

Interview process: The interview process will begin with a phone screening call and if selected you will meet with our Controller and Accounting Associate. If needed, a final interview will be conducted with our CFO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Workflow Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and document existing finance workflows, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and reconciliations, to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement that support the efficiency and accuracy of the Finance team’s operations.
Process Improvement & Automation Support: Work closely with the Finance team to propose, test, and help deploy approved solutions designed to reduce manual effort and streamline core finance processes.
Ad-Hoc Finance Support: Provide support on additional finance projects and tasks as needed, contributing to the day-to-day operations of the Finance team.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Student Status: Rising Undergraduate Junior or Senior
Interests / Areas of Focus: A strong academic background in Business, Finance and/or Accounting
Skills / Tools: Familiarity with or interest in automation tools, Systems and process driven, Flexibility and ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks, Experience using Sage Intacct and Microsoft Excel, Familiarity with using Google Suite and automation tools, and Experience with documentation and process mapping
Additional Qualifications (optional): Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization for the 2026 year.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program invites students to spend 10 weeks working closely with teams within our Headquarters – Partnerships, Platforms, Marketing, Insight, People, EX Growth, Selection, Finance, Catalyst, Capital, and Global Hubs.
Our Internship Program prioritizes a hands-on and immersive experience for our interns. Interns work as contributors within their teams and take on meaningful projects that have a real-time impact on the work that we do. In addition to project-based experience, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including deep dives into Endeavor’s teams, public speaking and résumé workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders including our CEO, and opportunities to join networking events in our New York office.

Program Duration: Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7, 2026
Pay: $17/hr, with a maximum of 40 hours/week
Structure: This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s HQ office in Downtown Manhattan.

This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 1 to Friday, August 7, 2026.
Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
