About the Role:
The Global Partnerships Team is focused on building relationships and mission-aligned partnerships with top corporations, foundations, institutions and tech companies that can provide value to the global community of entrepreneurs that Endeavor supports.
The Global Partnerships Associate will play a key role in supporting Endeavor’s global partnerships and business development efforts. Working closely with the Global Partnerships team, this role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and ecosystem partners that advance Endeavor’s mission and global reach.
The Associate will collaborate across Endeavor’s international offices, contributing to the implementation of the global partnerships strategy, the execution of partner deliverables, and the success of major fundraising events such as the Endeavor Week and Gala.
Key Responsibilities:
Management and implementation of new and current partnerships (40%)
- Maintain accurate partner information, benefits tracking, and reports within Salesforce and Notion.
- Track deliverables and ensure smooth coordination of partnership benefits across Endeavor Global and local offices
- Support strategic relationships with key global and regional partners, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication
- Identifying and researching high-potential partners, with a focus on new strategic tech and AI companies
- Prepare outreach strategies, including refining the value proposition for each partner persona
- Contribute to identifying and shaping new partnership opportunities aligned with Endeavor’s priorities
- Support the preparation and updating of proposals, outreach materials, and presentations
Strategic Events Support (20%)
- Preparing partner materials for events
- Track and document partner visibility, deliverables, and outcomes for reporting and stewardship
- Assist with the execution of Endeavor’s key events (Gala, ISPs, Global Gatherings, Partnerships Retreat)
Who you are:
- 1–3 years of experience as an analyst and/or in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or related fields (internships or fellowships accepted)
- AI proficiency and curiosity, with the ability to assess and adopt new technologies, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency through modern tools
- Strong commitment to Endeavor’s mission and understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and draw actionable insights from data
- Experience with Salesforce and Notion is a plus
- Project Management Guru: You must be a capable project manager who can think through timelines, dependencies, budgets for programs
- Collaborator: You will work with and rely on numerous internal stakeholders. We expect you to have close relationships with various teams: MarComm, Events, EX, Insights and Hubs
- Comfort with ambiguity: You thrive on making order out of chaos. You can identify priorities without being frazzled with last-minute changes
Position Details:
- Start date: Q1 2026
- Location: Hybrid, based in New York City (candidates must already have authorization to work in the United States)
- Schedule: full-time, 40 hours/week
- Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
