ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Associate to support the planning and execution of high-profile events that elevate Endeavor’s brand, community, and culture, both externally and internally.
This role will lead logistics and coordination for key New York-based events, including curated partner events and internal staff retreats, and support our flagship International Selection Panels (ISPs) and the planning of Endeavor Week and the annual Gala. You’ll also play a key role in integrating AI tools into event workflows to streamline planning and enhance team efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail oriented with a passion for creating meaningful experiences, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Global Event Support
- Facilitate the integration of AI tools, in partnership with the Data Analytics team, to streamline event workflows and automate recurring tasks
- Help evaluate and build out our broader event tech stack, including tools for registration, communications, asset management, and reporting
- Support major global events, such as International Selection Panels (ISPs), including pre-event coordination, internal communications, and onsite execution
- Own project management systems (primarily in Notion), including building and maintaining templates, dashboards, and centralized tools to support team operations
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our global event operations and team efficiency.
Endeavor Week & Annual Gala
- Support end-to-end planning of our annual “Endeavor Week,” which culminates in the Annual Gala, attended by top entrepreneurs, investors, worldwide staff, and partners
- Coordinate venues, vendors, guest communications, timelines, and day-of logistics
- Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
NYC Events & Staff Retreats
- Organize a year-round calendar of curated events across NYC with key partners and supporters in close collaboration with the Global Partnerships team
- Lead core logistics for NYC-based events and internal team retreats including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, guest management, and run-of-show
- Ensure internal events align with broader strategic goals and the global events calendar
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years in event management, hospitality, project management, or operations
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in AI tools and a curiosity for building more efficient, tech-enabled workflows
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders and representing the organization to vendors and external partnersSelf-starter who thrives in collaborative and purpose-driven environments
- Experience using Notion and Salesforce is a plus
In addition, the selected candidate must be:
- Based in the NYC area and able to work from the office at least 3 days per week
- Eligible to live and work in the United States
- Comfortable working longer hours leading up to and during events, including some nights, weekends, and holidays

COMPENSATION
$80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus benefits
