Endeavor is the world’s leading community of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs, and it just welcomed its first-ever Ukrainian Endeavor company - Headway. In 2024, 89 companies and 162 Endeavor Entrepreneurs selected represent just 1.6% of all candidates who applied to Endeavor. Today the organization supports 2,700+ entrepreneurs leading 1,600+ companies in 45+ countries around the world. Our office is working to bring aboard and support more amazing Ukrainian entrepreneurs, and we need someone to help us scale. 

Endeavor expanded into Ukraine in October 2024 with the goal to provide Ukrainian businesses with access to Endeavor’s network and capital and support founders to Ukraine’s startup bounce back faster and stronger after the war. Endeavor targets Ukrainian high-growth tech companies that are in the scale-up phase and have global growth ambitions. Once selected, entrepreneurs from Ukraine join a community of entrepreneurs worldwide, who serve as role models within the local and international entrepreneurial ecosystems. They also gain access to rules-based co-investment fund Endeavor Catalyst that will help to fill some of the funding gaps limiting their growth, and raise the profile of promising Ukrainian entrepreneurs among international investors. 

As a Senior EX Associate, you will be involved with everything entrepreneur-facing. We’re looking for someone passionate about entrepreneurship and curious about all things related to the tech ecosystem in Ukraine and globally. Our perfect candidate believes that high-impact entrepreneurship drives the economy and changes the world for better, and is also curious and excited to engage with seasoned entrepreneurs worldwide.

Responsibilities

Selection of Endeavor Entrepreneurs (Profiling & Pipeline Management)

• Proactively screen for potential entrepreneurs that meet Endeavor’s criteria, maintain and update pipeline. 
• Research and analyze leadership teams, business models, financials, and market potential of potential candidates. 
• Research the Ukrainian startup ecosystem and VC landscape. 
• Write company overviews and detailed profiles. 
• Support candidates during the selection process.

Services Delivery to Endeavor Entrepreneurs (Servicing)

• Collaborate with entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their challenges. 
• Match entrepreneurs with Endeavor’s mentor network and support their capital-raising efforts. 
• Coordinate mentorship sessions. 
• Collect and analyze metrics to measure Endeavor’s impact.

Community Building

• Host and assist in events to engage the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. 
• Attend networking events for lead generation and community engagement. 
• Work collaboratively with Endeavor offices worldwide.

Hard & Soft Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, finance, or entrepreneurship. 
• Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate business models. 
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and economic development. 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. 
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills. 
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English. 
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Workspace is a plus.
