ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you have a passion for problem-solving, data analysis, and making a real impact on business operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and Business Analyst Intern to join the Platform and Operations team at Endeavor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a business, math, economics, or analytics major to gain valuable experience in business analysis and operations.

In this internship, you will be key in supporting various projects across Endeavor. You will leverage your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive process improvements and support decision-making. You will also have the chance to develop your technical skills in data querying, reporting, dashboarding, and CRM/LMS systems.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

• Program Duration: Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
• Pay: $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week
• Candidates: For this role, we are accepting applications from rising seniors. Rising juniors are also welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Analysis and Project Support

• Support team on Service Excellence projects, including developing KPIs, building dashboards using Snowflake/SQL queries and Tableau, and analyzing various company and mentor data.
• Develop a contact data dictionary for Mentors, defining key record types, fields, relationships, and structure.
• Assist with the analysis of impact and factbase data.

Communication and Collaboration: 

• Work effectively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Clearly communicate data insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ask insightful questions and actively participate in team discussions.

Learning and Development:

• Be open to learning new skills and technologies.
• Participate in training opportunities provided by the company.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficiency and/or interest in Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bonus Points:
  • Experience with data querying tools (e.g., Snowflake, SQL, Python).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

BENEFITS, PAY, and TIMELINE:

• This position will be compensated atNY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
• The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
• Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
