ABOUT THE ROLE
The Endeavor Catalyst Asia team is seeking a motivated individual to participate in a fun learning experience this summer 2025. The Singapore Hub Support Intern will be involved in supporting the Singapore office, and initiatives in Asia for Endeavor Catalyst. In particular, they will help us with setting up the hub’s core programs, build relationships with new potential partners, and find partners for our research projects.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This internship is highly hands on, and local Singaporeans or ability to work in Singapore is a plus. If based elsewhere, willing to work Singapore hours or work async with overlap to Singapore. This internship will be remote, unless willing and able to fund own accommodations and travel to Singapore.

• Program Duration:Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
• Pay: This is a paid internship, working up to 40 hours/week.
• Candidates: For this role, we are accepting applications from rising seniors. Rising juniors are also welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hub Support in Singapore: In preparation to officially launching Singapore as a global hub in 2025, we need support in building out processes for recruiting the best business minds as mentors, ideating and executing events, and identifying potential partners. 
• Telling our story in Asia: You will help find the most inspiring entrepreneur stories in Endeavor’s ecosystem and help us tell their story. To help us tell their story, you will also help map out potential partners (publications, news outlets) to help us amplify our reach.
• Core Program Development: Singapore acts as a hub for our offices based in Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. As such, the intern will conduct extensive user research with our regional Staff to identify the different opportunities the Singapore office can support with to add the most value to their work finding and supporting the best Entrepreneurs. 
• Ecosystem Exposure:Through this internship you will learn the ins and outs of the Singapore tech ecosystem, as well as the different ways its resources can support the rest of ASEAN.
  • You will be exposed to different ecosystem players from founders, journalists, investors, lawyers, service providers, the like.
  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate with all staff members across Asia, as well as parts of our Global team, which are some of the smartest, most ambitious and fun colleagues around the world

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a student attending an institution of learning with courses leading to a degree, certificate or diploma - or - you were a student during the preceding semester or have not yet graduated or completed the educational requirements of the program.
• Familiarity with working with data analysis tools, advance usage of excel, salesforce preferred.
• Strong networks in Singapore preferred
• Any relevant skills from past experiences or education is a plus.
• Must be willing to learn and follow directions.
