The Position: The Analyst for the Lebanon country office will seek, identify, and help select potential local and diaspora high-impact entrepreneurs to present at the Endeavor International Selection Panels.

What you’ll do:

Assist in selecting and supporting Endeavor Lebanon’s next entrepreneurs:

- Proactively seek out and screen high-potential entrepreneurs for both the International Selection Panel and Scale-Up programs

- Leverage Endeavor’s network of mentors, business leaders, investors, entrepreneurs and academics to “nominate” potential candidates and help assess companies’ growth potential, critical challenges, and fit with Endeavor

- Support in drafting company overviews and detailed profiles to be used at Endeavor’s Local and International Selection Panel, analysing: business concept, innovation, growth potential and fit with Endeavor

- Keep up-to-date statistics on Endeavor’s Selection Process and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential entrepreneur candidates

- Attend local ecosystem events as Endeavor Lebanon’s representative

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in (preferably but not limited to) investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, business development

- Knowledge of Lebanon’s economic and business climate

- Good business judgement: ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies

- Strong work ethics. Ability to work long hours and weekends at specific times in the selection cycle

- Strong interpersonal skills and team work ability

- Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources

- Highly motivated, focused, creative, flexible, organised, and able to balance multiple priorities

- Excellent written and oral English and Arabic skills required. French is a plus

- Strong computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point)

- Knowledge of Salesforce, Notion and Social Media channels is a plus
