🚀 Key Responsibilities

Manage a vertical portfolio of companies in the Smart City and Climate space (Energy & CleanTech,Mobility,Logistics Tech, Aerospace, Imaging & Communications, Industry 4.0, Co-Working )

• Build and manage a community of high growth companies.

Entrepreneurs Selection

• Build a pipeline of high-growth companies to join Endeavor’s rigorous Selection process.
• Manage the Candidate’s journey through the Selection process.
• Write up in-depth company profiles for Endeavor Mentors to learn about the Endeavor Candidate.

Support entrepreneurs on their growth journey

• Collaborate with Entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their individual challenges, providing them with unexpected high- impact connections.
• Deliver Endeavor services to individual Entrepreneurs. This involves matching the Entrepreneur with mentors and facilitating the participation in Endeavor’s programmatic services across Access to Capital, Mentors, Markets and Talent.
• Identify “one-to-many” opportunities to deliver Endeavor services at scale. This could include hosting topical webinars and bringing together our Entrepreneurs’ C-Levels for roundtables.

Recruit Mentors & Partners

• Recruit top-tier business minds to address gaps in the local Mentor network.
• Identify and recruit partners to expand the local network.

Community Building

• Host events to bring together the local ecosystem and make the magic happen!
• Assist with getting the Endeavor name out there through social and marketing channels

🌟 Qualifications: Your Passport to Success

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably but not exclusively in account management, customer success, consulting or entrepreneurship.
• Experience/ Interest in the Smart City & Climate space will be a plus.
• Knowledge/ Interest on the innovation ecosystem landscape, activities, and trends in Greece or broader.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Notion and Social Media channels is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
• Team player with a “get things done” attitude.
• Entrepreneurial personality and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment.
