The Position
The Associate on the Capital team will deliver Endeavor’s core service offerings to entrepreneurs raising capital. This will involve preparing entrepreneurs to raise venture capital (pitch deck review, mentorship, identifying target VCs), recruiting new VC contacts into Endeavor’s network and managing these relationships. You’ll also be involved in coordinating support to later-stage Endeavor companies navigating decisions around IPO preparation and M&A processes. This is a unique opportunity to work with top founders across emerging and underserved markets as well as leading venture capital and growth equity investors.
Responsibilities include:
- The Capital team supports the journey of Endeavor Entrepreneurs raising capital from the point of selection to fundraising to Endeavor Catalyst investment and beyond. Your role will include:- Identifying and executing value-add mentorships related to capital raising.
- Connecting entrepreneurs across markets and industries to facilitate peer-to-peer learning
- Identifying investors that could be a fit for Endeavor companies based on their specific investment thesis based on Endeavor’s insights and data.
- Executing follow-ups as needed to facilitate introductions with mentors, investors and other founders
- Leading process improvement projects to elevate capital-related servicing to improve the scale at which the Capital team supports Endeavor’s portfolio (1,200+ companies worldwide)
 
- Endeavor maintains active relationships with over 300 top venture capital, growth equity, and late-stage capital markets players. You will work to operationalize relationship maintenance with our contacts across these organizations and the dealflow we send to them:- Managing investment thesis data of 300+ global funds.
- Preparing materials (emails, slides) to showcase Endeavor Entrepreneurs and our markets to be presented to investors
- A key part of the investor engagement strategy is community building and curated events. You will spearhead the team’s events strategy, ranging from half-day summits with relevant emerging markets-content to informal gatherings of local VC contacts in New York, San Francisco and beyond
 
- Launched this year, the Capital team is running ‘Paths to Liquidity’, a program designed to strengthen support for later-stage companies navigating decisions around IPO preparation, potential M&A, and partial liquidity options. You will help build out this program during 2026 and play a key role in workstreams such as:- Maintaining a robust database of mentors across all stages of the capital raise process, from seed to IPO or M&A.
- Coordinating mentorships for later-stage Endeavor Entrepreneurs according to their unique challenges
- Helping plan content sessions leveraging the insights from experts on different aspects of the public listing, corporate M&A, or secondary fundraising process

Who We’re Looking For
1-2 years of professional experience including banking, venture capital, consulting, start-up experience. High level of attention to detail and organization is a must. Financial acumen, knowledge about venture capital and / or entrepreneurship is a plus.
