The Position: An Intern for Endeavor Lebanon. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, develop real-world skills, and contribute to projects that make an impact. Support the team to select potential local and diaspora high impact entrepreneurs to present at the Endeavor International Selection Panels.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects execution within the organization.

• Conduct market research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations.

• Attend team meetings and take structured notes when required.

• Support in drafting companies’ detailed analytical profiles to be used at Endeavor’s Local and International Selection Panels, assessing growth potential, critical challenges, and fit with Endeavor.

• Keep up-to-date statistics on Endeavor’s Selection Process and impact metrics.

• Collaborate with the team to proactively seek out and screen high-potential candidates to join the Endeavor network.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Business Finance & Banking).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong work ethics and highly organized with attention to details.

• Excellent written and oral English skills required. French is a plus.

• Strong computer software proficiency (AI Tools, Word, Excel, Power Point).

• Ability to work long hours at specific times.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and capacity to achieve significant results with limited resources.

• Strong business acumen with ability to identify and evaluate world-class entrepreneurs and companies.
