Endeavor is the world’s leading community of, by, and for high-impact entrepreneurs, and it just welcomed its first-ever Ukrainian Endeavor company - Headway. In 2024, 89 companies and 162 Endeavor Entrepreneurs selected represent just 1.6% of all candidates who applied to Endeavor. Today, the organization supports 2,900+ entrepreneurs selected from 100k companies screened in 45+ countries around the world. Our office is working to bring aboard and support more amazing Ukrainian entrepreneurs, and we need someone to help us scale. 

Endeavor expanded into Ukraine in October 2024 with the goal to provide Ukrainian businesses with access to Endeavor’s network and capital and support founders to Ukraine’s startup bounce back faster and stronger after the war. Endeavor targets Ukrainian high-growth tech companies that are in the scale-up phase and have global growth ambitions. Once selected, entrepreneurs from Ukraine join a community of entrepreneurs worldwide, who serve as role models within the local and international entrepreneurial ecosystems. They also gain access to rules-based co-investment fund Endeavor Catalyst that will help to fill some of the funding gaps limiting their growth, and raise the profile of promising Ukrainian entrepreneurs among international investors. 

As a Marcomm Manager, you will be involved with everything related to communicating the stories of Endeavor and our entrepreneurs, and growing Endeavor’s brand in Ukraine. We’re looking for an innovative dot-connector, strategic storyteller and wow-experience designer. Our perfect candidate believes that high-impact entrepreneurship drives the economy and changes the world for better, and is also curious about all things related to the tech ecosystem in Ukraine and globally.

Responsibilities

Brand and Reputation Management

• Introduce and elevate Endeavor’s brand in Ukraine.
• Proactively manage communications to strengthen our reputation with key stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with Endeavor offices worldwide.

Social Media Management

• Develop and implement data-driven social media strategies to strengthen Endeavor’s brand awareness and engage the community. 
• Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) with a consistent content calendar aligned with campaigns and key events. 
• Lead the creation of visually engaging and impactful content, including posts, videos, and stories, that reflect Endeavor’s voice, values, local & global community, and insights.

Public Relations

• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and key messaging on initiatives and events. 
• Build strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage in Ukraine and globally. 
• Proactively pitch thought leadership content and success stories.

Content Management

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality articles and updates, reflecting Endeavor’s expertise and impact. 
• Curate special projects and campaigns.

Hard and soft skills

• 4-6 years of experience in public relations, content creation, and social media management, with a focus on brand awareness and thought leadership. 
• Strong interest in entrepreneurship and economic development. 
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian tech ecosystem. 
• Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English, with experience in creating press releases, social media copy, and articles. 
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills.
