ABOUT THE ROLE

Endeavor Catalyst is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic team member to support the Finance and Operations team with its data modeling and portfolio reporting. Endeavor Catalyst is the venture capital arm of Endeavor Global. The Finance and Operations team is tasked with managing treasury and compliance and financial modeling for the four active funds comprising $540M assets under management and 700+ unique investors. This position would be responsible for gathering, validating and visualizing data about our portfolio in order to support our fundraising efforts.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan.

• Program Duration:Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
• Pay: $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week

HIRING TIMELINE

• We will begin the interviews starting in mid-January and send out offer letters by the end of March.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• FUND PERFORMANCE MODELING:With the upcoming launch of Fund V, we are further refining our fund performance projection model which would demonstrate Endeavor Catalyst’s impact across the world wide organization. Assist with data collection, validation, and editing the projection model.
• SUPPORT PORTFOLIO REPORTING: We have built a customized portfolio master tracker database. We are looking to enhance the Tableau reporting capabilities and data quality checks as more reports are created.
• SUPPORT LIMITED PARTNER REPORTING: We are looking to further automate and enhance the real time data we can provide to our regional teams regarding investors they are meeting with. We are looking to create dashboards to support this process.
• AD HOC: We are actively raising Fund V for Endeavor Catalyst and we may have additional ad hoc analyses needed to support in the fundraising process.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking candidates will the following attributes and competencies...

• Rising juniors or rising seniors with classwork in financial modeling or data visualization or related areas
• Knowledge of Notion, Carta Fund Administration, Intacct, Concur, Zendesk, Snowflake, and Salesforce is a plus
• Are proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
• Knowledge of SQL & Tableau preferred
• Detail oriented, strong analytical thinking
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Can operate in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, detail oriented, time management, collaboration, and team player

BENEFITS, PAY, TIMELINE

• This position will be compensated atNY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
• The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
• Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team).
