ABOUT THE ROLE
Endeavor is seeking a Product Management Intern to join our Platform team, focusing specifically on Endeavor Brain - our AI-powered platform designed to optimize mentor discovery and institutionalize knowledge across Endeavor's global network. This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and entrepreneurship, helping to enhance how we connect entrepreneurs with mentors and leverage our institutional knowledge.
Endeavor Brain is our holistic advanced-technology strategy that aims to make institutional knowledge faster and easier to access for our staff, improving our skills as matchmakers. As a Product Management Intern, you'll be joining at an exciting time as we continue to enhance this platform, working to optimize mentor discovery, improve data collection processes, and develop new use cases for AI within our organization. Key projects may include improving search engine functionality, enhancing data querying capabilities, and exploring integration with external data sources. You'll work closely with our product development team and users, contributing to product adoption, feature enhancement, and training initiatives while collaborating with our technical teams and development partners.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This is a hybrid internship in New York City, with three days per week to be spent at Endeavor Global’s office in Downtown Manhattan and two days remote.
- Program Duration:Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025
- Pay: $17/hr, up to 40 hours/week
- Candidates: For this role, we are accepting applications from rising seniors. Rising juniors are also welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Product Development
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback on Brain's functionality and capabilities
- Help identify opportunities to improve mentor discovery and matching processes
- Support the development of new features and enhancements for the platform
Data & Analytics
- Help analyze platform usage patterns and user behavior
- Support the improvement of data collection and indexing processes
- Assist in developing metrics to measure platform effectiveness
User Experience
- Contribute to user research initiatives
- Help create and maintain product documentation
- Support user training and onboarding efforts
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with technical teams to translate user needs into product requirements
- Support communication between development teams and stakeholders
- Assist in coordinating with external partners and vendors
Learning and Development
- Be open to learning new skills and technologies
- Participate in training opportunities provided by the company
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques

BENEFITS, PAY, and TIMELINE:
- This position will be compensated at NY State minimum wage ($17/hour) up to 40 hours per week.
- The Summer Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.
- Internships follow a hybrid schedule and interns will be expected to work in our Downtown Manhattan Office 3 days a week (as determined by the hiring team) and 2 days remotely.
