About the Team

The Capital Team supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs in ensuring that they are thoroughly prepared to raise capital from the best venture capital and growth equity investors, increases awareness amongst the best VCs about Endeavor markets and oversees the pipeline for Endeavor Catalyst investments.

About the Role

The intern will focus on expanding and consolidating the organization’s knowledge base on global venture capital and growth equity investors. With a stronger grasp on top VC partners and firms active in emerging markets, we’ll help our Entrepreneurs raise from smarter, better-connected capital.

This role will work most closely with Jaysel Shah (Investor Network Lead), Anna Hubbell (Senior Associate, Capital), Isabela Carvajal (Associate, Capital), and Margaret Pollack (Director, Endeavor Catalyst & Capital).

The Internship Program will run from Monday, June 2 to Friday, August 1, 2025.

Responsibilities include:

• Mapping global VC: You will identify and research leading venture capital funds in Silicon Valley, New York, London, Dubai, Sao Paulo and Singapore. You will support efforts to educate them about Endeavor’s mission and about investing in emerging and growth markets worldwide.
• Extracting insights: The strong research component of this role will require mastery of venture capital activity at home and across our markets. You will serve as an ‘expert’ and thought partner to our teams in profiling and segmenting relevant investors, supporting entrepreneurs on their fundraising strategy, and identifying strategic introductions. You will also catalog and recommend critical venture capital events that we and our entrepreneurs need to attend to get connected with relevant investors.
• Harnessing institutional data: You will support rigorous data and knowledge management systems containing that streamline processes by which we support entrepreneurs raising venture capital such as identifying and facilitating introductions with relevant funds.
• Convening the network: You will help coordinate an Endeavor Investor Network event in New York, one of Endeavor’s global hubs to curate meaningful connections between our networks of investors and our portfolio companies.

Hard Skills/External Requirements

• Must be a student attending an institution of learning with courses leading to a degree, certificate or diploma, seeking rising seniors. Rising juniors also welcome to apply

• A demonstrated interest in venture capital, entrepreneurship, international development, and/or data visualization.
